Certainly not. They’re for anyone who has the urge for a great tasting snack. But for someone you know has food allergies, No Nuts! bars are nut-free gluten-free, egg-free, and dairy-free, which makes them pretty much worry-free.

Most No Nuts! bar ingredients are organic, but a few are
processed components of the finished nut-free non-GMO bars, such as Rice
Protein, Lecithin, and our chocolate drizzle.
ARE NO NUTS! BARS VEGAN?
A vegan diet includes all grains, beans, legumes, vegetables and fruits,
and No Nuts! bars are entirely plant-based, so the answer yes. We don’t
make a big deal out of this because we want our customers and snackers
to first consider the allergenic benefits and taste of No Nuts! bars.
DO NO NUTS! BARS CONTAIN SESAME?
No Nuts! bars do not contain Sesame or Sesame based ingredients.
ARE NO NUTS! BARS KOSHER?
Yes. No Nuts! bars are made in a certified kosher facility with
kosher equipment, and carry kosher labels. All the sourced ingredients are also
declared kosher under Canadian and U.S. standards.
WHAT ARE NO NUTS! BARS MADE OF?
No Nuts! bars contain 12 grams of protein and 9 grams of fiber,
plus enough carbs to start your motor. That’s why we printed protein+energy on

HOW MANY CALORIES IN A NO NUTS!BAR?
Between 180 and 190 calories depending on flavor. About the same as a bowl of
raisin bran or 2 toaster waffles, but with more protein.

WHAT IS A NUT-FREE FACILITY?
A food manufacturing plant that does not store, handle, or produce any products that contain tree nuts or peanuts, and is only supplied through certified nut-free suppliers.
HOW DO YOU MAKE NO NUTS! BARS?
No Nuts! bars are made by what we call ‘slab forming’. This gives No Nuts! bars our unique balance of chewy taste and crunchy textures without cooking out all the goodness. The solid ingredients are mixed and cold-rolled to a crunchy consistency, while liquid ingredients are mixed at a boil, then cooled and blended with the solids to the right level of chewy finish. The finished mix is rolled out to the perfect thickness and cut into 50 gram bars. The bottom layer and drizzle are the last step.
HOW ARE NO NUTS! BARS’ NUTRITION CLAIMS CERTIFIED?
No Nuts! ingredients and bars are submitted for testing and analysis
to Health Canada for certification, who shares the information with the US Food & Drug Administration. No ingredient claims are made on any label without official approval.No Nuts bars are only brought to the U.S. after evaluation of quality standards submitted to the FDA.

We saved this one for last. Because our bars don’t have any nuts. They’re made in a certified nut-free and gluten-free facility so that most people with nut allergies can enjoy the same great taste and energizing protein & fiber as everyone else in the family.
